Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness.

1. No Refund for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or shape (as each piece is handmade)

2. Eligible Returns (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective or incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Original packaging visible

3. Resolution Options
After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement (preferred option)
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (only if replacement is not possible)

4. No Return Without Approval
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, including delivery confirmation, communication records, and product documentation.
