- International: 5–12 business days

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Large or oversized decor items may incur additional handling fees.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to customer error, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
